Terms and Conditions



We recommend that you or your guest reserve a car ahead of time (at no additional charge) to be guaranteed a car at time of pick up. We can provide you with a car at short notice by phone, online, or app upon availability. Your driver will arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled pick-up time.

Fixed Rate Reservations:

Fixed rate reservations are reservations where tolls, taxes, and standard gratuity (20%) are included in the final rate.


We recommend 24 hours notice for cancellation and 48 hours notice for sprinters, vans and coach buses. This also applies to bookings that are made under 24 hours of the pickup time. A Cancellation fee equal to the total trip cost including gratuity will be charged for any cancellation that is made less than 4 hours before the scheduled pick up time. We are not responsible for passenger flights, that are missed, cancelled, diverted, or delayed or any other incident that results in failure to comply with the required cancellation policy.

No Shows:

A no show fee equal to the trip cost plus applicable waiting time, tolls, parking, and gratuity will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location for which a reservation has been made and a confirmation was sent out.


If the stop is on the way to drop off location, it is $25 or $35 if drop off is out of the way. A 15 minutes grace period is allowed at each stop. Extra stops (2+) will be subject to hourly rate or distance rate.

Waiting Time:

25 minutes for domestic and 30 minutes for International flights. Grace period is allowed following the reported flight arrival time for airport pickups only. A 10-minute grace period is granted for all other pick-ups. Waiting time is billed in quarter hour increments. Wait time is rounded to the nearest quarter hour. FCL checks all domestic and international flights one hour before the driver is dispatched, billing starts after grace period allowed from the official time of arrival (ETA).


All round-trip tolls are billed to the customer depending on the route chosen. FCL will charge for all round-trip tolls to and from the designated destination.

Meet & Greet:

Meet and Greet Airport Service is offered at an additional charge of $20. Parking and waiting time charges (if incurred) will be billed to your account or credit card. The driver will be instructed to meet the passenger by the baggage claim or the exit of customs with a sign that has his or her last name on it. The driver will then escort the passenger to the designated vehicle location (Assisting with the luggage).


All parking fees and other airport regulatory fees are additional. We do not charge them, these fees go directly to the airport parking lots.

Early/Late Fee

Pick-up’s between the time of 12am-5am subject to early/late fee of $20.

Pet Fee

FCL is pet friendly. Any pets in kennel/crate is subject to $20 fee. Small lap pets ride at no extra cost to the client.

Child Seat Fee:

FCL provides children’s car seats (infant-front facing, toddler and booster). We recommend 24 hours’ notice before scheduled pick-up time if a child seat is required. Each car seat is subject to a $20 fee.

Holidays Surcharges:

Holiday and Severe Weather surcharge, may be applied to trips occurring on:
New Year's Day
Memorial Day
Labor Day
Christmas Day
Fourth of July
Thanksgiving Day


All deposits are NON refundable. We reserve the right to switch vehicles before a run based on availability without prior notice, if a vehicle that was previously requested is unavailable or if there is a risk of a driver not making it on time for a pick up.Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the ride by them or any members of their party. A fee of $100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is $250.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted by Taxi and Limousine Comission. We are not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
